Payments

Payments are processed through Paypal which is a secure platform for payments and used across the internet. Your details will never be directly stored with us and payment steps are processed through Paypal.

When you place an order, information entered in all steps before the actual payment is stored at our website. To complete the actual payment you will be re-directed from our page to Paypal. When the payment is completed you will be re-directed back to our website again.

First Order

We give our customers an exclusive opportunity to order their first bag at a discounted price of £55*. After the first bag if you would like to continue with Foodybag you will have to subscribe to our service through the website. Each member has a dedicated page setup for them through which they can place further orders. Please read below for more information about this.

Payments must be completed and confirmed at least 9 days before your chosen delivery date for us to be able to deliver the bag to you. The payment will be debited from your account at the purchase date. For any other questions please contact Foodybag customer service who will respond to your queries.

Subscriptions

We hope that you will enjoy your first bag and subsequently subscribe to our service through your dedicated member page. We would then deliver a bag to your door every alternative week and the payment for each week will be deducted from your account approximately 9 days prior to the delivery date. The price for a standard Bag subsequent to your first delivery is £75 which will be debited from your account every 2 weeks.
