Good to have at home

In the foodybag you will find the main ingredients you need to cook the week’s dinner. However we assume that you have basic ingredients at home. These ingredients are of very basic nature and are used in the preparation of many dishes.

Every week we will announce the “good to have at home” for the following week’s menu. If you don’t have everything don’t worry! It is possible to skip ingredients or replace with something you already have at home.

Rice*Desiccated coconut

* We only include rice in every 3 to 4 foodybags. The quantity delivered should last for 3 to 4 foodybags (each week we include approximately one rice dish).

Kitchen Tools

We also assume that you have a basic supply of kitchen utensils including pots, frying pans, knives, etc. Certain dishes require a hand blender or food processor.
